6. Cookies & Trackers – Consent (ePrivacy)
C2 Technologies S.A., uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (“trackers”, “pixels”, “local storage”) strictly in accordance with Article 4(5) of Law 3471/2006 (implementing the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC, as amended) and 2016/679 (EU) Regulation (GDPR).

7. Cookie usage principles
A. Strictly necessary cookies are placed without prior consent, as they enable the website’s technical operation (e.g. session cookies, consent management, secure browsing).
B. For every other cookie category (preferences, statistics, marketing), explicit consent is requested through the preference management mechanism (Cookiebot) displayed in the cookie banner during the first visit.

9. International Transfers – Adequacy – only
C2 Technologies S.A. does not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), unless this is necessary for the provision of services or the website’s operation (e.g. content hosting, traffic analysis, integration of videos or third-party platform features).
In such cases, transfers are carried out only when:
• the destination country has been recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection in accordance with GDPR Article 45, or
• the provider participates in an adequacy mechanism such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF) and is certified in the relevant register of the U.S. Department of Commerce.
The Company does not transfer data to countries without an adequacy decision unless Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) have been concluded or other appropriate safeguards are in place, in accordance with GDPR Articles 46–49.
10. Third-party Providers
Certain cookies and trackers on the website originate from third-party technology providers, who may transfer data outside the EEA, mainly to the United States (USA).
